At Fluxz, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer the following refund and returns policy to assist you:

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@fluxz.site to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

• Partial Refunds: In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted for items that are not in their original condition or are damaged.
• Non-Refundable Items: Certain items such as gift cards or downloadable software may not be eligible for refunds.

3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
